A new restaurant is coming to the Loft District courtesy of Michael B. Welsh of The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Company. Brick & Mortar will offer a wide array of comfort food on its lunch, dinner, late night and brunch menus along with an enticing bar program as well.
With a location at 315 North 12th Street, Brick & Mortar will be a popular addition to the area. The restaurant is being described as a “new American tavern,” so look for crowd-pleasing menu offerings and libations with a down-home twist.
Brick & Mortar will also have a catering and private events program to aid patrons in hosting business luncheons, parties, holiday events and more.
Keep a lookout for Brick & Mortar when the doors open in late November.
