We introduced you to Bonn Place Brewing Company when it opened in November. The brewery on the south side of Bethlehem is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Sam and Gina Masotto. Recently, Brewers of PA spoke with Sam Masotta to learn more about Bonn Place Brewing Company and its dedication to the industry, selection of brews and why Sam loves Bethlehem.
Sam also shares a bit about his favorite styles of beer (hint: he can’t pick just one!), discusses the emergence of the Lehigh Valley craft beer scene and gives some sage advice for entrepreneurs who may want to open their own brewery.
