We always head to Collusion Tap Works for its ever-changing variety of great craft beer and fun atmosphere. But, don’t skip the food menu—it perfectly pairs with Collusion’s well-regarded brews.
Collusion Tap Works recently introduced some new menu items and we can’t wait to give them a try. Check out a few of the new dishes below:
- Crab Boat: York City Pretzel Company rolls topped with crab meat, melted cheese, jalapeno and cilantro
- Italian Panini: Sopressata, Capicola, provolone, arugula, tomatoes and herb-infused oil and vinegar
- Tap Works Nachos: Double layered nachos with choice of chicken, short rib, beef or bacon
Current hours are Monday–Wednesday from 4–10 p.m., Thursday from 4 p.m.–12 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m.–12 a.m. and Sunday from 12–8 p.m.
