It may be hot outside, but winter is coming to The Drafting Room in Exton. To coincide with the seventh season premiere of HBO’s hit show Game of Thrones on Sunday, July 16, The Drafting Room is hosting a Brewery Ommegang tap takeover on Friday, July 14 featuring many of the New York-based brewery’s beers from its Game of Thrones-inspired limited releases.
Ommegang beers that will be pouring at the bar include:
- Bend the Knee (also available in bottles): 9% ABV Belgian strong pale ale with wildflower honey sweetness
- Valar Dohaeris (also available in bottles): 9% ABV Tripel with sweet grain and honey on the nose
- Fruition: 5.3% ABV dry-hopped wheat ale with tasting notes of tart tropical fruit and citrus
- Siren’s Song: 9% ABV Belgian strong dark ale brewed with raisins and figs
- Gnomegang: 9.5% ABV Belgian-style blonde ale with light caramel and candy sweetness
There will also be Game of Thrones-inspired dishes on the menu including Arya’s Oysters Rockefeller, The Hound’s Half Roast Chicken and Sansa’s Lemon Cakes.
