Lesaint was inspired to get involved with this cause when he and his wife Barbara lost a close friend to breast cancer at the age of 44.
“There are many breast cancer charities, but we chose LBBC because it is local and it was important for us to partner with an organization whose resources went directly to those who need it most: patients and their families,” says Lesaint.
“We are proud to partner with LeSaint French Chocolate this year. Through their support we will raise awareness of our services while also raising funds that are critical to our work,” says Jean A. Sachs, MSS, MLSP, CEO of LBBC.
The chocolates, tiny works of art which resemble gleaming jewels, are handmade by Lesaint in his production kitchen in Yardley. The two-day process starts with creating the shell, crafting the filling and hand painting the exterior.
The Pink Collection is a limited-edition line that can be ordered online, with prices ranging from $25 to $140. Check out LeSaint French Chocolate’s online shop for more!
