There’s something about a frozen banana’s texture that’s so lovely: It’s creamy and fudgy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. If you’ve ever enjoyed frozen banana pops sold at the beach or at carnivals, then you’ll be pleased to know that they are so easy to make at home!
These frozen banana yogurt pops are a great way to use a bunch of bananas that are slightly past their prime — small soft spots or bruises are covered with creamy yogurt dip and sweet toppings. Sweet and colorful, these pops are a healthier alternative to ice cream pops and other sugary frozen desserts. To mix up the flavors, use different flavors of yogurt, and any other toppings you might like. Some other tasty ideas include: peach yogurt with granola, strawberry yogurt with chopped nuts, or lemon yogurt with shredded coconut!
