Citrus juice is one of favorite ingredients to jazz up otherwise standard dishes. A squeeze of lemon can do wonders for salad dressing, a spritz of lime wakes up curries and soups, and OJ adds a sunshine-sweetness to roasted meats. You can see this in action in this orange chicken thigh recipe, which utilizes pantry staples, like honey, dried rosemary and a few garlic cloves, with a generous splash of orange juice. Together, these humble ingredients harmonize to make a complex, fragrant sauce that transforms regular chicken into a rockstar dish!
