Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) bag shredded carrots, or 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Method
- In a large bowl, mix carrots, pineapple, raisins and yogurt together until coated.
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
