For an elegant, rave worthy appetizer that’s a breeze to make, try these PA Preferred® pear, goat cheese, and honey bites. The surprising flavor combination really hits the spot with floral, sweet-tart pears, tangy goat cheese, and sweet honey topped with chopped nuts and thyme. It’s made with all Pennsylvania-grown and produced ingredients for quality you can trust.
A little tip: if you’d like to prevent the sliced pears from browning, just toss them in lemon juice!
Serve these bites at your next gathering or when you’d just like a little something special. They pair with the crisp, citrus flavors of a Pennsylvania Pinot Grigio or mellow maltiness and dry finish of a PA amber ale.
