Each week the quaint, eclectic American eatery reinvents seasonally appropriate, Caribbean-inspired entrees aside soups and salads, spouting offerings like chunky gazpacho, wild mushroom ragout, Asian-marinated pork loin and grilled Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Nicoise.
