A new Gypsy establishment will be opening up in Ambler—Gypsy Blu. Marianne Gere and Kim Strengari, owners of Conshohocken restaurants Gypsy Saloon, Stella Blu and Southern Cross Kitchen, have purchased the spot at 34 E. Butler Avenue, formerly the commercial home of 34 East.
The new restaurant will offer some of the most popular dishes currently available at Gypsy Saloon and Stella Blu as well as its own specialties. There will also be outdoor dining for approximately 50 patrons in the warmer months.
Get ready for an Ambler dining scene newcomer in the near future, as it is projected that Gypsy Blu will open in mid-May.
