The annual Malvern Harvest Festival is slated for September 28 from 11 a.m.–4 p.m., and locals couldn’t be more excited. With the addition of an Oktoberfest-inspired Beer Garden and the return of Bark in the Park, there’s plenty to look forward to as this festival quickly approaches.
If you find yourself with some free time on September 28, head to beautiful downtown Malvern, where King Street, Channing Avenue and Warren Avenue will be closed off to traffic so attendees can weave their way from vendor to vendor with ease. Plenty of local restaurants will be setting up stands to sell samples of their fall menus. While you’re munching on Malvern’s finest eats, be sure to stop by the two stages set up for local musicians to play tunes all day long. And thanks to Flying Pig Saloon, a Beer Garden will be set up for those over the age of 21.
Bark in the Park will also make its return to the Malvern Harvest Festival. Check out the scene at Burke Park as local rescue units and other pet supply vendors will be setting up shop. Adoptable four-legged friends will be on hand to visit with you. If you’ve been contemplating adding to your family, this would be a great place to meet some pups looking for their forever home.
