Whether you’re a fan of gin, rum, vodka or bourbon, something on the new spring cocktail menu will be sure to appeal to you. Try the Felix Leiter (James Bond’s American counterpart), made with Grey Goose and white whiskey, or the Pago Pago (the capital of American Samoa, the homeland of Barclay Prime’s manager), whipped up with Abefeldy scotch and golden rum. Perhaps the Seersucker, concocted from gin, ginger beer, mint lemon and St. Germain, is more your style. There’s a whole new menu of drinks to choose from—why not give them all a try?
