Chef Kazuyuki Mitsui is venturing outside of his popular Villanova dining spot, Azie on Main, to conduct a remarkable class for a select amount of very fortunate guests. With only a few seats remaining for the COOK event, now’s your chance to purchase tickets and prepare yourself for the amazing lesson and meal to come.
Chef Kaz is honored to be hitting Philadelphia’s collaborative kitchen-classroom on March 28. The class, beginning at 7 p.m., will feature a detailed demonstration for creating contemporary Japanese fare in a simplistic manner using only the best ingredients. Before coming to Azie, Chef Kaz worked with Iron Chef Michiba Rokusaburo at his acclaimed restaurant Miyanaga, and with Chef Mitsui at Morimoto. These influential experiences have helped Chef Kaz develop his own personal style that guests will see throughout the exciting class and taste in their full meal that follows.
