Movies on Tap, Premier Wine & Spirits’ monthly interactive tasting series in partnership with Penn Cinema, has been bringing together brews and film on the Wilmington Riverfront, with each event featuring a different local or regional brewery and its brewers.
The next Movies on Tap event is set for Wednesday, October 26, with beer served at 6:30 p.m. and the movie slated to begin at 7 p.m.
Sample some great beers, meet and greet with a local brewer and catch a cult classic flick on the big screen. Best of all, each event supports a great cause. A portion of the proceeds will help benefit the brewer’s charity of choice.
The October screening will feature Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, and attendees will view Die Hard. Iron Hill is brewing a rare batch of Yippee-Ki-P-A for the event.
Tickets, $20, include beer samples, movie and popcorn. Proceeds will benefit CureSearch for Children’s Cancer Research.
