Coming Soon to Easton: Oak Steakhouse

Downtown Easton is set to get another new dining spot soon—Oak Steakhouse. The upscale restaurant will be located at 323 Northampton St., next to Easton Public Market. The owner of Oak Steakhouse is Mick Gjevukaj, who also operates Easton’s River Grille and Ocean 235.

The space was completely renovated after a partial building collapse during a storm last year. The 7,500-square-foot building will have four floors of space for 120 diners, including a glass-enclosed top floor with a retractable roof. The basement will feature private party rooms, a wall of wine and a glass-enclosed space where diners can view the beef that will be dry-aged in a temperature-controlled area.

The menu will feature aged and non-aged steaks, some with Argentinian spices, flatbreads, seafood and more.
