Junto Unveils New Winter Menu

Junto B.Y.O.B. consistently turns out some of the best farm-to-table cuisine in the Brandywine Valley, with Chef MacGregor Mann showcasing food grown and produced in the tri-state area. Chef Mann’s new winter menu highlights his focus on conservation, preservation and sustainability while providing an extraordinary historical yet contemporary culinary experience.

The new menu features dishes including:

  • The Roots (fermented sunchoke, rutabaga, radish, pickled beets, green hominy hummus and kefir yogurt ranch)
  • Egg yolk ravioli (smoked pork, kale, seasonal fruit preserves and sassafras)
  • Pan-roasted skate wing (cauliflower, brussels sprouts, fermented pearl onions and garum glaze)

As always, the chef’s tasting menu is available for $65 per person.
