Enjoy a Night in Sonoma at The Dime’s Wine Dinner (May 31)

Transport yourself to Sonoma wine country without even having to leave the state of Pennsylvania at an upcoming wine dinner at The Dime on May 31.

From 6–9 p.m., guests will indulge in a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring creative dishes prepared by the culinary team at The Dime, with each course paired alongside a different Sonoma County wine offering. Host Jay Nee will educate the group throughout the evening on the history and wines produced by Sonoma County wineries, such as Simi, Clos du Bois and Ravenswood.

The menu offers a welcome array of pairing items, including smoked Pocono trout with Simi Rose, monkfish scallopini paired alongside Clos du Bois Russian River and Sonoma Chardonnay, seared loin of veal served with Clos du Bois Reserve Merlot, braised lamb shank tagine paired with Simi Landslide Cabernet and a cocoa Napoleon alongside Ravenswood Zinfandel Barricia to round out the evening.

The cost to attend the Sonoma County wine dinner is $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reserve your spot at the table by contacting The Dime for a reservation.
