“A TASTE OF SPRING” on:
Saturday April 26, 2008 (Noon to 5 PM)

Sunday April 27, 2008 (Noon to 5 PM).
Featured during this trail event will be fresh presentations of cuisine made from local foods available only at this time of year paired with Berks County produced wines. So your stops along the way will enable you to enjoy local award- winning wineries’ newest vintages paired with locally produced foods. A special treat for everyone this event will be the opportunity to sample a creative menu prepared by the student chefs of the Culinary Arts Program at RACC -Reading Area Community College! Student chef are being paired with Berks County Wine Trail winemakers to design a festive springtime local food & wine pairing just for A TASTE OF SPRING! And by the way, this particular event weekend celebrates the BCWT’s fourth year anniversary as a wine trail!
