Russian immigrant and private chef, Olga Metsker Sorzano, will create a feast that combines time honored recipes from her homeland with the artistry that has made her one of the most sought after in-home chefs.
The class will start off with an exciting Russian tradition: a shot of vodka served in an ice shot glass – a chilling taste of Siberia to be remembered!
Each dish for this class comes with its own story; not only will guests be introduced to modern, yet distinctly Russian cooking, but to the cultural heritage that accompanies it.
