Courtyard Inn Closes, West Chester Welcomes Timothy’s

The Courtyard Inn, a 30-year-old landmark in the borough of West Chester, quietly closed its doors a few weeks back.

But, the space will not be vacant for long as Timothy’s on the Riverfront in Wilmington will open up their second location, Timothy’s West Chester, come early September.

Owners Timothy Dever and Mark Gosik have invested more than $500,000 in the renovations to the former Courtyard Inn space and also, to the adjacent Pepperidge Farm outlet store in the Parkway Center.

Timothy’s is a family casual sports-oriented restaurant and bar concept. Signature foods of Timothy’s include big salads, barbecue smoked ribs and Maryland crab cakes.
