The Drafting Room is offering up two terrific events this Easter weekend, featuring a little bit of something for everyone!
First up is the Easter dinner buffet, kicking off at 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. Delicious dishes on the buffet will include Baked Salmon, Caesar Salad, carved Virginia Pit Ham, Roasted Leg of Lamb, a pasta station and more. Be sure to save room for dessert! Return to the Drafting Room on Monday, April 1, at 6 p.m. as Bruce Williams of Williams Brothers Brewing Company takes over the taps to pour unique brews like Joker IPA, Skullsplitter, Grozet Gooseberry Ale and others. Enjoy the beers with food made just for the occasion, like deviled eggs, Welsh rarebit, shepherd’s pie and Scotch eggs. Stick around for a free raffle drawing at 8 p.m.—first price is free admission to a Single Malt Whiskey Class offered through the Chester Couty Adult School! Second- and third-place prizes are also up for grabs.
