Open for Business: The Pour House Exton

Pour House Exton opens today! The “better beer bar,” serving over 140 craft and Belgian bottled beers with 20 rotating drafts, can be found at the former Cheeseburger in Paradise location on Route 100.

Beers on tap include some of our all-time favorites, like Bell’s Two-Hearted Ale, Dogfish Head Festina Peche, Ithaca Flower Power, Smuttynose Summer Weizen and local brews from Yards, Victory, and Sly Fox. Take a gander at Pour House’s menu, too, which features fresh-shucked oysters, an array of sandwiches, special salads, bar snacks and little bites. (The Grilled Shrimp Flatbread, Thai-Style Calamari and Zippy Chick Sandwich are definitely on our radar for our inaugural visit!) Live music will also be on tap in the upcoming weeks.

Be sure to take note of the bar top, reclaimed from a 5-foot-diameter chestnut tree from Alnwick Castle in England (and look for the plaque with the tree’s history)!
