PA Eats‘s Amy Strauss sat down in September for an interview with one of the names behind the restaurant, Brian Sirhal, who spoke about the “vibrancy and locale” of the new Manayunk spot, what to expect from the menu and how he and partner Tim Spinner’s 20+-year relationship has evolved from working together to open Chef Jose Garces’ Distrito in University City to the present day. The pair also own La Calaca Feliz in Fairmount and Cantina Feliz in Fort Washington.
