Wyebrook Farm is proud to announce its first Friday Night Dinner, happening this Friday, May 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. This week’s three-course menu brings great food to the farm—and a whole lot of Wyebrook’s incredible fresh fare, too.
First course
Mixed greens, grilled asparagus with a warm Guanciale vinegar dressing and a fried Wyebrook farm egg
Entree
Roasted Ossabaw pork loin and pastrami pork belly, Pennsylvania potato salad and wild greens
or
Wyebrook pastured chicken baked in hay, wood grilled asparagus and bronze fennel
Dessert
Strawberry-rhubarb pie with mascarpone cream
The three-course menu will be offered for just $25 per person. Reservations are not required, but the farm requests that you send them an email letting them know you’re coming so they can plan accordingly. Don’t forget to bring some wine to enjoy with dinner!
