4 Celebrity Cruise Cocktail Recipes You Must Recreate

With the warm weather likely to stick around for a few more weeks, we couldn’t help but pass along a few drink recipes sure to cool you down on a hot day. We recently teamed up with Celebrity Cruises and we can say with utter certainty that they are definitely on top of their cocktail game. Check out four recipes below that have us wanting to do a little day drinking.

Palmilla Sangria

For this homemade vino creation you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Orange half
  • Pineapple spear
  • .25 oz Agave Nectar
  • 1 oz Patron Reposado Tequila
  • .5 oz Orange Juice
  • .25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Merlot

To prepare this fresh concoction, mix all ingredients into a mixing glass. Roll into Poco Grande. Top off with Merlot. Garnish with a cherry and 2 pineapple cubes. Enjoy!

Dragonfly

While this recipe may seem a bit of a stretch for home-bound bartenders, we assure you, the result will have you going back for round 2.

  • 1.5 oz Russian Standard Vodka
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • .5 oz The Liquid Chef Hibiscus Syrup
  • .5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Dragonfly Juice
  • Rice-Lychee Foam
  • Liquid Nitrogen

Get your mixologist on by mixing all ingredients, save the liquid nitrogen, in a glass and shaking over ice. Strain the mixture into a martini glass and top with liquid nitrogen. Boom!

We’re absolutely loving this spin on a staple cocktail that even the ladies of Sex and the City would be sure to order.

  • 1.5 oz Grey Goose La Poire
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 3 cranberries

Shake, shake, shake all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass over ice. Strain the mixture into a martini glass, squeeze wedge of lime and garnish with cranberries. We promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Experience the X Signature Cocktail

This fruit-centered cocktail will leave you feeling refreshed and more than likely ready for another round.

  • 1.75 oz Russian Standard Vodka
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Watermelon Juice
  • .5 oz Danizu Aloe Vera & Lemongrass Syrup
  • .5 oz Aloe Juice
  • 3 Cilantro Leaves

Preparing this cocktails is easy breezy. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake over ice. Strain mixture into metal container and add Liquid Nitrogen (or dry ice) until sorbet consistency is achieved. Serve in any glass of your liking.
