As a long-time pescatarian, owner of Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar Dave Magrogan knows a thing or two about alternative lifestyles. His decision to team up with Greenstraw, a local cold-pressed juice company, was a simple one. He was looking to offer his patrons a healthier option on the cocktail menu. By adding cold-pressed juices to cocktails, customers can now enjoy more flavor and health benefits than a beverage made with regular juices. The process of cold-pressing juice allows more nutrients and flavors to be savored, creating the perfect mixer in an adult cocktail. These drinks are now being served at the University City location and will run from $9–$13.

At Harvest, our customers can enjoy a cocktail that’s both refreshing and good for them.” Customers opting for Greenstraw juice sans booze are also afforded that option, ranging from $9–$11.
