The Brandywine Watershed is a busy location, providing 100 million gallons of water each day to individuals in three states. One of the ways to keep this area in good condition is to reforest it, and Brandywine Conservancy is asking for your help in doing so.
On September 27 and October 18, come to the Pocopson Home (9/27) or Wyebrook Farm (10/18) and get planting! No experience is needed; simply show up at 8:30 a.m. with a shovel, mallet and gloves and get digging for the good of the Brandywine Watershed. Planting will go on until the afternoon. Bonus: Victory Brewing Company will be offering beverages on the October 18 planting day.
