The folks at Yellow Springs Farm know a thing or two about cheese. After all, they just recently scored their fourth award from the American Cheese Society. Their most recently praised concoction is one that has us asking, “How do we get our hands on some?” The farm’s Black Diamond took home first place in the aged goat cheese category during the competition in Sacramento, California, earlier this month. Congratulations, Yellow Springs Farm!
