Great news, Chestnut Hill dining fans! Paris Bistro & Jazz Cafe, located inside the Chestnut Hill Hotel, is preparing to open their doors in the next few days. A ’30s-style French bistro with a bar upstairs and a jazz cafe downstairs, Paris Bistro is the long awaited collaboration between Chef Al Paris and brothers Robert and Benjamin Bynum.
More on the opening, plus details on the interior and exterior, courtesy of our recent Main Line Today blog. The Insider also recently reported that this project will reunite Paris with chef Eric Hall, whose impressive resume includes the late Circa and La Campagne.
To get a peek at the full menu, explore its contents below (or click here). We particularly have our hungry eyes on the roster of Daily Classics, which ranges from crispy frog legs with a watercress, sweet pepper salad, to roast lamb with haricot vert and honey thyme sauce and roast Heritage pork chop with dijon vinaigrette. Fresh oysters, shellfish and the ice bar are major selling points, as are the wholesome main courses like the jumbo lump crab cakes, rabbit fricassee and short rib beef bourguignon.
