About Chef Perrier
Georges Perrier has been Philadelphia’s most celebrated chef for almost five decades. His former restaurant, Le Bec-Fin was the only Philadelphia restaurant to receive five-stars in the Mobil Travel Guide for 23 years. But, now Chef Perrier is having fun and cooking the way he wants to cook. He’s going back to his roots and creating dishes in the classic Bistro Style, which is something that his protégé and friend, Chef Patrice Rames has been doing for over 27 years at Bistro St Tropez.
Greg Moore, was Patrice Rames’ former colleague and the Sommelier and General Manager of Le Bec-Fin. He opened Moore Brothers Wine Company with his brother David in 1996. Moore Brothers offers a collection of naturally-produced, artisan wines primarily from the “Old World” in their three stores, serving New Jersey, Delaware, and New York.
