If you haven’t had a chance to try Amani’s BYOB’s new spring menu, allow us to tempt you further with some incredible photos by Hoffer Photography.
Earlier this spring, we told you about the menu—grilled calamari ceviche with conch, garlic lemon and avocado and Berkshire pork belly with black miso glaze, golden beet puree and asparagus slaw are just two of the dishes—but seeing truly is believing. Among the other dishes jam-packed with the flavors of spring are grilled line-caught swordfish with tomatillo sauce, Faroe Island salmon with lemon artichoke puree and Long Island duck breast cherry coulis. Hoffer Photography was also able to capture Chef Jonathan Amann in the kitchen with his children; let’s just say these are by far the cutest chefs in town!
