Summer Solstice Cocktail
1-1/2 ounces Reyka Vodka
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce strawberry puree
1 ounce Brut Champagne or Prosecco
Lemon twist
Directions
Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Top with 1 ounce Brut champagne. Garnish with lemon twist or sprigs of lavender.
