As the days get warmer, more and more restaurants are opening up their outdoor patios to allow patrons to enjoy culinary offerings, cocktails and more in the great outdoors. On April 14, El Poquito will be opening its 100-seat outdoor patio and introducing a wide array of happy hour specials and other culinary deals.
Those craving tacos will love Taco Tuesdays, taking place every Tuesday from 5–10 p.m. with $4 mushroom tacos, $4 Americano tacos and $5 shrimp tacos. All taco specials include three tacos per order. There will also be happy hour offerings Monday through Thursday from 5–6:30 p.m. with $6 house and frozen margaritas, $6 glasses of house wine, $6 sangria, $3 draft beers of the bartender’s choosing and $6 La Casa Combos.
The Cinco de Mayo event will start at 11:30 a.m. on May 5 and include Taco Tuesday pricing, a special Cinco de Mayo menu, happy hour offerings all day, $5 margaritas and $5 beer-garitas. (For the uninitiated, a beer-garita is a frozen margarita with an inverted bottle of Dos Equis beer flowing into it for an extra-added refreshing taste.) Cinco de Mayo revelers will also be able to purchase $2 Mexican beers and $10 buckets of Mexican beer. As an added incentive, there will be live music from 3 p.m. to closing for the total party experience.
