A new pizza spot has opened its doors in Wynnewood—Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.
This is the eighth area location for the popular pizzeria that boasts more than just pies on its menu. In addition to the “well-done” pizzas cooked in an authentic, 800-degree coal-fired pizza oven, the menu at Anthony’s is also filled with other Italian favorites, such as Eggplant Marino (named after football legend and equity partner Dan Marino), large homemade meatballs, coal-oven-roasted chicken wings, Italian salad and more.
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, which includes founder Anthony Bruno and NFL Hall of Fame legend Marino among several equity partners, has Philadelphia-area locations in Exton, Wayne, Horsham and Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, as well as Wilmington and Pike Creek, Delaware, and Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
“We have had great success with our recent Mount Laurel opening and are excited to continue expanding throughout the Philly area,” said Bruno. “We look forward to bringing our authentic coal-fired cooking and signature Italian Soul Food dishes to Wynnewood.”
