New to Emmaus, House & Barn is bringing two restaurants in one to the Lehigh Valley.
The Barn has already opened up to serve seasonal, local fare in a casual setting. The House will debut within the next few months and will be more upscale and formal.
Creative soups, sandwiches and snacks, such as beer and cheddar soup, garden herb grilled cheese and bacon fat popcorn, fill Barn’s menu, which was created by Executive Chef Nate Weida. The bar menu boasts a 10-draft craft beer and mead list in addition to plenty of domestic and international beer options by the bottle, wines and specialty cocktails. House’s menu is still in the working stages but will be more of a formal small plate and large plate combo dining venture.
