Two Philadelphia greats are joining forces for a collaborative four-course beer dinner on August 16—Shake Shack and Yards Brewing Company!
The action unfolds from 7–9 p.m. at the Shake Shack University City, with the burger-and-beer extravaganza featuring four full-size courses, each paired with a different brew:
First Course
High-Heat Dog: hot dog with cheese sauce and cherry peppers; crinkle cut fries
Served with Yards IPA
Second Course
Bacon CheddarShack: all-natural Angus beef hamburger topped with smoked Niman Ranch bacon and Wisconsin-aged cheddar cheese sauce
Served with Yards ESA
Third Course
Chick’n Shack: crispy 100% all-natural, antibiotic-free chicken breast with lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayo
Served with Philadelphia Pale Ale
Fourth Course
Caramel Pretzel Custard
Paired with a Love Stout beer float
Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased online. As an added bonus to the evening, guests will be able to vote and select which beer stays on tap at Shake Shack for the rest of the year!
