Calling all carnivores! Victory Brewing Company‘s 9th Annual BrewBQ is going down at its Parkesburg brewery on Saturday, August 19.
For those familiar with this day, you know the drill: show up, chow down and #TasteVictory. Unfamiliar with the day’s events? Read on for what to expect.
This year, restaurants and food trucks (such as locals Triple Fresh and Dia Doce) will be set up serving their finest BBQ and other delicacies outside of the brewery.
And while you’re pigging out on pork, a 20-team BBQ competition will be taking place. Each pit master team, comprised of home cooks, will compete to see who can make the best chicken and ribs according to the judges. Think your BBQ crew has what it takes to wow the judges? Register here.
Take a trip into the brewpub to grab a beer (and some A.C.) and even more food, as they’ll be offering a special menu. Along with delicious BBQ and Victory beer, the BrewBQ will have fun, family-friendly activities including music and a kids’ area. Enjoy live music from Shakey Lane from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
While entry to the event is free, individual food and drink are pay-as-you go. Please leave your furry friends at home in the air conditioning.
