Fermented foods are gaining in popularity, and Phoenixville is getting in on the trend. A Culture Factory is hosting a grand opening celebration at the new tasting room located at 333 Morgan Street on Friday, June 2, from 5–8 p.m.
The tasting room at A Culture Factory will offer a menu designed by chef Olga Sorzano. The menu takes a twist on traditionally cultured foods like kimchi, krauts, cheese, chocolate, miso and kombucha. Look for workshops on fermented foods as well as other restorative health practices.
