Even though the weather has turned cold, Downingtown Farmers Market will still be offering the very best in locally-farmed and produced foods all winter long. The winter market is scheduled for the second and fourth Saturday of the month from 10 a.m.–noon at the Kerr Park parking lot, next to the gazebo on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Vendors who may be at the market slinging fresh fruit, vegetables, poultry, meat, eggs, cheese, baked goods and more include Frecon Farms, Old Homestead Farm, Canter Hill Farm, Gauker Farms, Stoudt’s Cheese, A La Maltaise, Rose’s Gluten Free Bakery, E’s Pierogi, Bottled Thyme and Tally Ho Coffee.
