Food trucks often spend weeks parked in one spot, offering creative, tasty fare to lunchtime crowds. If you don’t live or work near that parking spot, it can be tricky to find a time to sample the menu offerings. If there’s a food truck with an Instagram feed that you’ve been drooling over but never gotten to try, the upcoming Food Truck Festival at the King of Prussia Mall, hosted by Food Truck Craze, is your chance!
On Saturday, November 11, from 11 a.m.–6 p.m., dozens of food trucks will gather in the former JCPenney parking lot. Admission to the festival is free, and all food and drink is pay-as-you-go. The event is rain or shine, and since November weather can be unpredictable, it might be smart to bring an umbrella along.
