Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own sausage? Let the experts guide you with a special sausage-making class at Honey Brook’s Wyebrook Farm.
The hands-on class is limited to 15 participants and will be taught by Nick Macri from Wyebrook Farm and La Divisa Meats. Classes will be held on Sunday, February 19, and Sunday, March 12, from 3–5 p.m. in the Farmhouse at Wyebrook. After class, stick around for a pig-centric dinner option immediately following the sausage class at 5 p.m.
The cost for the sausage-making class is $85 per person or $150 for two attendees. For $120 per person, enjoy the class along with the three-course dinner. For those who don’t want to take part in the class, dinner is $40 per person.
