P.J. Whelihan’s has unveiled a new menu, now available at all 14 locations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Always one to keep things fresh and exciting, P.J. Whelihan’s is doing just that with its new menu offerings. Some of the items that patrons will find on the new menu are ones that P.J. Whelihan’s had introduced in the past as limited-time-only features. The items received such rave reviews that they are now a permanent fixture on the new menu. Such offerings include the Southern fried chicken sandwich, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, chipotle honey grilled shrimp salad, wicked chicken nachos and more. P.J. Whelihan’s will also be introducing naked wings as well as bringing back some limited-time sauces for a permanent spot on the menu, including ghost pepper, Mexican garlic and copper lager.
“I love introducing new menu items through our limited-time-only and wing of the month programs,” said P.J.W. Restaurant Group culinary director Rich Friedrich. “It gives us a chance to play with new flavors in the kitchen and keeps our regulars on their toes. We paid close attention in 2016 to what dishes and wing flavors stood out as fan favorites and made room for them with this menu release.”
