In the recent article on PA Eats when we shared the news that Stella Blu was closing, we also alerted the Conshohocken dining crowd that a new eatery, Imbibe Food & Drink, was going to be taking over the location at 101 Ford Street. Now, though details are still a little fuzzy, it looks things are starting to take shape at this exciting new venture from the folks at Restaurant Alba and Biga Pizza.
