In February, we spread the word that a new eatery, Imbibe Food & Drink, was headed to Conshohocken. We’re happy to announce that Sean Weinberg’s third restaurant is now open for business!

The new Conshohocken dining spot will offer a dinner menu, complete with starters, pasta and entrées, featuring decadent dishes such as chickpea fritters with tzatziki, fried sweet potatoes with roasted jalapeno yogurt, crispy pork belly with Calabrian and tamarind glaze and peanuts, short rib with black bean glaze, miso cauliflower puree and tempura broccoli and crispy gnocchi with harissa braised lamb, fried chickpeas and olives.
Imbibe Food & Drink is offering dinner service Tuesday through Saturday, beginning at 5 p.m. each day.
