Get ready, Lancaster! A brand-new restaurant and bar is coming your way and will be located in the first floor of the Griest Building. Construction is currently being wrapped up at Shot and Bottle, owned and operated by Andrew Martin and his wife, Kate.
Martin, who also owns Thistle Finch Distillery, will feature TF products in the new restaurant, alongside products from other small distilleries in Pennsylvania, as part of a “limited distilleries” law, which allows distilleries to have up to five satellite sales locations.

Customers will be able to sample and purchase whiskey and other spirits to go. And they’ll also be able to enjoy classic cocktails made with all of the available liquors, as well. Beer and wine from Pennsylvania producers will also be sold.
The bar and restaurant will be open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
