You know those steamy summer days when it’s too hot to eat? Soon, West Chester residents will have a stellar new option for healthful, delicious refreshments for those times when only a cool liquid treat will do. Coming this summer, Liquid Eatery, a tropical smoothie and organic health-foods cafe concept, will open at 18 North High St. in downtown West Chester.
The menu items, including smoothie bowls, savory snacks, hand-rolled ice cream and warm donuts are “inspired by the tropics of Miami,” according to Liquid Eatery’s Facebook page. The new-age-minded spot is committed to environmental responsibility: All the products it will use are certified bio-degradable, eco-friendly and sustainably sourced. In addition to that, every single seasonal food and drink offering will be vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO and organic. All options will be dine-in or take out, and delivery will be available through GrubHub.
We’re excited to learn more about this clean-eating option coming to West Chester! Stay tuned for more info, including Liquid Eatery’s opening date.
