In its second year, the West Chester Craft Beer Festival will make its grand return to the Charles A. Melton Arts and Education Center on Saturday, June 16.
This mammoth beer-laden event will bring dozens of local and national breweries and cideries to the Melton Center grounds, allowing beer and cider aficionados to sip and sample throughout the day. General admission ticket holders will have from 1–5 p.m. to peruse and enjoy the beverage offerings, while those holding VIP tickets will gain early access to all of the sampling fun starting at noon.
The brewery list for the event is still growing, but a few of the breweries and cideries on the current roster include the following fabulous beverage vendors: Crowded Castle Brewing Company, Austin Eastciders, Dogfish Head, DuClaw Brewing Company, Jack’s Hard Cider, Southern Tier Brewing Company, Levante Brewing Company and Victory Brewing Company, to name a few.
In between trying the various brews from the extensive list of beverage purveyors, guests will be able to satiate their hunger by visiting one of the many pay-as-you-go food vendors on site. For those seeking out lunch and snack offerings during the day, The Cow and the Curd, Rize Pizza, Dia Doce, Mas Mexicali Cantina, Rams Head Bar and Grill and Saloon 151 will all be serving up savory sides, snacks and sandwiches to the crowds.
Shopping options galore also await beer fest attendees, with products being offered by Righteous Felon, The Good Donut Shop, Rogue Popcorn, Hop Hedz Gear, Jennies Jawns, Lularoe, Peach Fashions and Old Havana Cigar Company. Plus, the SPCA will be on hand with their cuddly and cute rescue animals (go for the beer, leave with a puppy!). As if that wasn’t enough, live music by Bryan Fitzy and company will keep the party going all day long.
Tickets are now available and can be purchased online: $40 each for general admission, and $50 for a VIP ticket.
In addition to enjoying a day outdoors sipping, sampling and socializing, guests who purchase tickets for this sure-to-sell-out event will be lending their support to the Melton Center, which receives a portion of the net proceeds from the event.
