PA Eats is giving away four pairs of tickets — yes, four pairs! — to the extraordinary West Chester Craft Beer Festival. On Saturday, June 16, from 1–5 p.m., the West Chester Craft Beer Festival returns for its second year to benefit the Charles A. Melton Arts and Education Center.
