We’re continuing our weekly Instagram Live happy hours with local makers with Chaddsford Winery this week! On Tuesday, May 5, starting at 4 p.m. ET, we’ll be chatting with Corey Krejcik, Chaddsford’s General Manager and Vice President, who will be walking us through some of CFW’s gorgeous spring offerings. If you’re a wine-lover or simply curious to expand your wine knowledge a bit, you’ll be treated to some great ideas about what wines to open as the weather warms, and you’ll get some tasty pairing ideas, as well.
We’ll be opening and tasting some of Chaddford’s wines that will be featured in its new Mother’s Day Gift pack. These include:
- ’19 Vignoles: An off-dry white with tasting notes of ripe pineapple, sweet papaya and juicy peach.
- ’19 Dry Rosé: An annual fan-favorite Chaddsford release. This year’s vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc grapes from Historic Hopewell Vineyards in Oxford, PA. Tasting notes include peaches and raspberries, with a hint of watermelon rind on the finish.
- Chaddsford’s new Sparkling White Wine (launching May 1): A refreshing blend of Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc and Vignoles that we are very excited about!
